Our Printing Materials

When it comes to choosing wall art for your home or office, there are many options to choose from. From sleek modern prints to classic artworks, the choices can be overwhelming. Here, we'll explore the differences between four popular mediums: aluminum printed art, brushed aluminum printed art, acrylic art, and museum-quality matte paper art.

Canvas Printing: Enhanced texture and timeless beauty with our canvas print. The canvas texture enhances the image's natural look and feel, creating a truly immersive art experience. We use responsibly sourced wood for stretcher bars, mainly FSC certified wood, to make our canvas prints, ensuring a long-lasting and high-quality product. The slim canvas has an approximately 2cm /0.8" thick wood stretcher bar. We use coated fabric, a blend of cotton and polyester, for our canvas substrate. This provides a weight of approximately 300-350gsm/110-130lb cover and a thickness of 350-400 microns, giving you a sturdy and durable product. Please note that colored edges are not supported. However, we assure you that our canvas print is a beautiful, high-quality product that will bring life to any space. We've also included a hanging kit, which may vary depending on the country of fulfillment.

Aluminum Printing features a printing is a process where a special dye-sublimation ink is used to print the image directly onto the aluminum sheet. The image is infused into the surface of the aluminum, creating a vibrant, long-lasting print that is highly durable and resistant to scratches, fading, and weather damage. This technique results in a sleek, modern look with a slight metallic sheen that complements many different design styles.

Brushed Aluminum printing, on the other hand, uses the same dye-sublimation ink to print the image onto a sheet of aluminum that has a brushed finish. This brushed finish creates a texture on the surface of the aluminum that adds depth and visual interest to the artwork. Additionally, where white is in the image, it is not printed, and instead, the brushed silver of the aluminum shines through, creating a unique and striking effect. This technique is perfect for adding a touch of industrial style or a modern, edgy look to any space.

Both aluminum printing and brushed aluminum printing are popular choices for wall art due to their durability and modern aesthetic. They are particularly well-suited for outdoor or high-traffic areas where other types of artwork may be more prone to damage or wear and tear. Additionally, aluminum-style prints are lightweight and easy to hang, making them a great choice for larger format prints as well.

Acrylic Printing: Acrylic printing is a unique and modern way to create wall art that provides a three-dimensional effect and enhances the colors and details of the image.

The process of creating acrylic art involves printing the image onto a high-quality photographic paper, which is then mounted onto a clear acrylic sheet. The acrylic sheet acts as a protective layer for the image, enhancing the colors and depth of the print. This creates a stunning visual effect that makes the image appear to be floating in space.

Acrylic prints are known for their clarity and brightness. The clear acrylic sheet allows light to pass through, enhancing the colors of the image and creating a bright, vibrant effect. Additionally, the acrylic sheet provides a protective layer that helps to prevent damage to the image over time, making it a great choice for high-traffic areas or outdoor spaces.

Another benefit of acrylic art is its modern and sophisticated look. The three-dimensional effect created by the acrylic sheet adds depth and dimension to the image, creating a unique and eye-catching display. Acrylic prints are popular for use in modern or contemporary spaces, as well as for adding a touch of elegance to any room.

Overall, acrylic printing is a popular choice for wall art due to its durability, modern aesthetic, and unique visual impact. It is a great choice for those looking to add a touch of sophistication and style to their home or office décor.

Museum-Quality Matte Paper Printing: Museum quality matte paper art is a traditional form of printing that produces high-quality, fine art prints with exceptional detail and clarity. It is a popular choice for artists and photographers who want to showcase their work in a way that highlights its intricacy and beauty.

The process of creating museum quality matte paper art involves printing the image onto a high-quality, acid-free paper that is specifically designed for fine art printing. This paper has a smooth, matte finish that provides excellent color reproduction and enhances the fine details of the image. The ink used in the printing process is also of the highest quality, ensuring that the print has a long lifespan and retains its color vibrancy over time.

One of the key benefits of museum quality matte paper art is its ability to showcase the intricate details and textures of the image. The smooth, matte finish of the paper ensures that there is no glare or reflection, allowing the viewer to appreciate the nuances of the artwork without any distractions. Additionally, museum quality matte paper art is known for its rich, deep colors and excellent contrast, creating a striking visual impact that draws the viewer's eye.

Another benefit of museum quality matte paper art is its versatility. It can be displayed in a variety of ways, from simple frames to more elaborate matting and framing techniques, allowing it to complement a range of different décor styles. It is also a popular choice for art collectors and galleries due to its durability and long lifespan, making it a great investment for those looking to build a collection of fine art prints.

Overall, museum quality matte paper art is a traditional and timeless form of printing that continues to be popular among artists, photographers, and art enthusiasts alike. Its ability to showcase the intricate details and textures of the image, combined with its excellent color reproduction and durability, make it a great choice for anyone looking to showcase their artwork in a way that is both elegant and timeless.
